These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of my bags, which are made to pre-order.

By placing an order with At from Carlo, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Order placement and acceptance

Each order is subject to acceptance by me. Once accepted, an order confirmation will be provided, detailing estimated delivery date of the bag and payment receipt. I’ll keep you updated throughout the making process via email.

Payments terms

Payment terms will be outlined on the checkout page. Full payment is required at checkout. Tracked Shipping is free within the UK. No international sales unfortunately. At checkout, you’ll be able to choose your favourite courier partner, either Royal Mail or DPD. You’ll receive tracking as soon as your bag is despatched.

Delivery and Risk of Loss

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery. You are responsible for inspecting the bag upon receipt.

Non-returnable policy

I make every bag with the intention of finding their forever home. If you are unsure of making a purchase, please contact me and I can assist you deciding if the bag is a good match for you or not. 

As each bag is made to order, they cannot be returned unless they are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is confirmed to be faulty. I recommend using a tracked and insured service, as I can’t be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Faulty goods

If the bag is found to be faulty, you must notify me within 14 days from the date of delivery. I will assess the fault and, if verified, will offer a repair, replacement, or refund, at my discretion.

Goods not as described

If the bag does not match the description provided at the time of order, you must inform me immediately. I will verify the discrepancy and take appropriate action to rectify the issue, including repair, replacement, or refund.

Goods not fit for purpose

If the bag is not fit for the purpose stated at the time of order, you must inform me promptly. I will evaluate the claim and, if valid, will offer a suitable remedy such as repair, replacement, or refund.

Limitation of liability

My liability is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the bag. I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the sale or use of the bag.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

Amendment of Terms

I reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on my website or through other official communication channels.
