Royal Mail tracked shipping is free within the UK.

Current lead time is 6 to 8 weeks.

You'll receive tracking as soon as your bag ships.

Unfortunately, there is no international sales at this moment on the website. But if you are really keen, drop me a line, we will working something out.

Returns

I make every bag with the intention that it finds its forever home. If you're unsure whether the bag is a good fit for your daily routine, please don't hesitate to get in touch with me, and I'll be happy to help you make an informed decision.

As each bag is made to order, they cannot be returned unless they are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is confirmed to be faulty. I recommend using a tracked and insured service, as I can’t be held responsible for items lost in transit.
