Tracked Shipping is free within the UK.

At checkout, you'll be able to choose your favourite courier partner between Royal Mail and DPD.

Orders will start shipping from the date stated on the product page. I'll keep you updated throughout the making process via email.

You'll receive tracking as soon as your bag ships.

Unfortunately, there will be no international sales for this release.

Returns

I make every bag with the intention that it finds its forever home. If you're unsure whether the bag is a good fit for your daily routine, please don't hesitate to get in touch with me, and I'll be happy to help you make an informed decision.

As each bag is made to order, they cannot be returned unless they are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is confirmed to be faulty. I recommend using a tracked and insured service, as I can’t be held responsible for items lost in transit.
